nice little app. Just noticed a few very minor bits.

First the images/contact_us.png is missing but this can be aquired from
baytree-cs.com/samples/mymenugen/im ...


Secondly if you dont run the application from root none of the background images appear. Their root needs changing to prefix the location with $PHPSELF.

Thanks for pointing out about the missong file. i have uploaded it now.

As for the icons not appearing if not run from root. I have specified their location in the style.css file and, for the purpose of the example, have assumed that it would be run from the root. Or I have misunderstood your comment?
