This package can handle different types of file uploads.

It provides a base abstract class that implements several functions for validating and processing files uploaded via HTTP requests.

The package can validate files to check sizes and types according to given configuration constraints.

Uploaded files can be renamed and moved to given directories.

Separate sub-classes are provided for handling regular files, images and blobs.
